Increasing Your Confidence With Hypnosis

If you take CEOs of companies, or athletes who are at the top of their game, people who are in business-especially for example people who are in stocks and shares; these are confident people. They have to be confident people because what they’re doing is they’re facing other people and challenges every single minute of their working life.

But then what happens-you have a different set of people-people who are not the confident type. They are hesitant. They pull back a little bit when they need to go forward. So, confidence can be learned. It can be learned in a way that can help you to become this person who is the CEO or the person who is the athlete, because remember the CEO and the athlete are just human beings as well. They’re the exact same as you and me. So anybody can learn to be confident. But what we have to do is find out why you are not confident to start with. And by finding out why you’re not confident, we can look into that and work on that, to build up your confidence.

What sort of things in a person would affect their confidence in the first place that you would need to deal with?

When somebody has been let go from work for example they’ve been working 20 years in the same company and suddenly, they’re let go. What happens, they’re confidence is knocked. They feel that they’re a failure; they feel they can’t go on. I’m giving quite extreme measures here. If for example, a woman is having a baby and say, she loses the baby. What happens? Her confidence gets knocked which is a terrible thing. But yet again, it can be overcome.

Bringing it down to a lower level again, you can have kids in school and what they’re doing is they’re playing on the football team or they’re playing on the tennis team and suddenly the coach goes, “You’re not good enough, you’re on the bench.” What happens? They’re confidence is knocked. Unless something is done about their confidence, that person is going to grow up feeling not being confident.

Everybody can change the way that they are. They can become more confident, they can become that CEO, they can become that athlete. All they have to do is find out why or what has caused them not to be confident.

So, the confident people are people who have real confidence in their abilities. And that’s the only thing that really sets them apart from somebody who could be quite talented too, but they haven’t got the confidence to show that to the outside world.

People are all born with the same clean slate. Everything that we do in our lives is a learned process. If something bad happens in our lives, it can put down on that sheet-something has gone wrong. I always maintain something that has been learned can be unlearned. So therefore you can always go back over to find out what causes your problem, what causes the little piece of hiccup in your life-maybe that has caused your confidence to go down and fix it so that you can build up your confidence again.

The CEOs who are confident people, the athletes who are confident people-these people have only done that with training. They have become who they are. They’ve learnt this behavior. And they’ve learnt how to be a CEO and how to be a top athlete. And anybody who wants to achieve things can learn how to achieve them.
